How can I pay?

Who delivers my package?

  • DPD, Hermes or Royal Mail.


How long is shipping?

  • We aim to have your package to you within 5 working days at the very latest depending on the method you choose at checkout.
  • We can take up to 1-2 working days to package and dispatch your order on average, but it is normally within a few hours.


When are your working days? 

  • Our working days are Monday through to Friday, this is the same with our delivery working days too, with some exceptions for Royal Mail.


When will I receive my package?

  • You will receive a tracking code after your order has been shipped with a link to the courier website meaning you can track it any time, if you haven't received your package in 7 days please contact us. 


I haven't received my order yet?

  • If you haven't received your order, don't worry. Firstly you can locate/track it, then with your tracking number you can contact the courier support to solve any incident and concerns.
  • Please note that on busy dates and bank holidays the delivery time may be affected.



  • Please allow up to 3 days to dispatch your order for this section, as in some cases they are made to order.
  • We work as hard as possible to make sure the real thing matches to the photos given upon purchase, sometimes the colour of the candles may vary.


Do you ship outside the UK?

  • Yes, we do. However, if you require an item to be shipped outside the UK please contact us before ordering.
